The data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed and there are no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons for further storage.
To reduce automated abuse and spam, the contact form uses technical checks, invisible bot protection and temporary abuse controls. The visitor IP address is not stored in the contact email.
4. Technically necessary storage functions
Our website uses technically necessary local storage functions where required for website operation and to store your privacy settings.
For example, your browser stores whether you consented to or rejected statistical analysis with Google Analytics. This means the choice does not have to be requested again on every page view.

6. Google Analytics 4
If you have expressly consented, we use Google Analytics 4 on this website, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Without your consent, the external Google Analytics script is not loaded by our consent management system.
The retention period for user-related event data depends on the setting selected in our Google Analytics property and is a maximum of 14 months. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
As part of providing the service, data processing by Google LLC and other Google companies outside the European Union, particularly in the USA, cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. In addition, Google's data processing terms and other appropriate safeguards may apply.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, use the link Cookie settings to reopen the consent banner and select “Necessary only”. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

Messages in the website assistant are processed solely to answer your question about zekahub content. The assistant uses a knowledge base stored on our server.
Your question is not sent to an external AI service. Please still do not enter confidential information, passwords or payment data into the chat.
You can always contact zekahub by email or phone without using the assistant.
