These terms describe the optional zekahub social integration. They supplement the contractual and usage terms of the respective zekahub product through which the feature is used. By themselves, they do not create an additional paid contract.

2. Scope
zekahub social may be provided as an optional technical feature in zekabooking, zekacommerce, EVS Manager and other zekahub products. The terms agreed for the respective product remain decisive for the underlying contractual relationship. Where the relevant product refers to these terms or incorporates them into use of the social media feature, they apply additionally to that feature.
3. Authorisation to connect accounts
Only social media accounts, pages and business assets for which the acting user has the required rights and permissions may be connected. Third-party accounts or business pages must not be connected or managed without appropriate authorisation.
4. Third-party approvals and terms
Connecting Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other platforms requires the user to complete the login and permission process displayed there. The scope and continued validity of technical permissions are also governed by the rules, terms and interfaces of the respective third-party provider. The user is responsible for complying with the platform terms applicable to their account.
5. Content and rights
The business customer remains responsible for the content it provides or publishes. It must ensure that text, images, videos, trademarks, music and other content may be lawfully used and published and do not infringe third-party rights or legal requirements.
6. Publications
zekahub social transmits content selected by the user to the connected platform. A technically successful transmission does not mean that the third-party provider will publish the content permanently or display it unchanged. Platforms may review, reject, restrict or remove content or change its presentation and reach.
7. Availability of external interfaces
The feature depends on APIs, permission models and services of external providers. Changes, outages, rate limits, review procedures, suspensions or discontinuation of external interfaces may temporarily or permanently restrict use. zekahub may adapt the integration to changed technical, contractual or legal requirements.
8. Security
Access tokens, configuration values and other credentials must not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties. If misuse, compromised access or prohibited use is suspected, zekahub may temporarily disable a connection, invalidate access information or require renewed authorisation where this is necessary to protect the systems and connected accounts.
9. Prohibited use
The integration must in particular not be used for unlawful content, unauthorised access to third-party accounts, circumvention of platform restrictions, spam, deception or other uses that violate applicable law or binding platform rules.
10. Disconnecting the connection
The business customer can disconnect the social media connection using the function provided in the relevant product. Permissions can also be revoked with the respective platform provider. Content already published externally generally remains available until it is deleted with the third-party provider.
11. No guarantee of reach or business success
zekahub does not owe any particular reach, visibility, interaction, advertising effect or specific commercial success on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other platforms.
12. Data protection
Information about the processing of personal data within the central social media integration is provided in the Privacy information for zekahub social. Instructions for disconnection and data deletion are available under Data deletion for zekahub social.
13. Relationship to product-specific terms
In all other respects, the contractual terms agreed for the respective zekahub product apply. In the event of conflicts, individually agreed and product-specific provisions take precedence to the extent permitted by law.
